1. Our Commitment to Secure Delivery

At S RUBY WATCH CO., we recognize that the delivery of your timepiece must be handled with the same precision and care as its creation. All shipments are fully insured, tracked, and require a signature upon delivery to guarantee safe arrival.

2. Processing Time

  • Order Verification & Preparation: All orders are processed, meticulously inspected, and securely packaged within 2 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after order confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST will begin processing the next business day.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and the insured value of the watch.

Standard Tracked & Insured: Estimated delivery time is 8–14 Business Days (after processing). This is our reliable service for secure international delivery.

4. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

S RUBY WATCH CO. is based in India and ships watches globally. Shipments destined for countries outside of India may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs tariffs, and VAT upon arrival.

The Buyer is Responsible for all Import Fees. These fees are levied by the customs office of the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend that international buyers contact their local customs office to obtain estimated duty and tax rates before placing an order.

5. Damages and Loss

As all shipments are fully insured, S RUBY WATCH CO. takes full responsibility for products damaged or lost during the transit process. If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the package and its contents, and contact us within 24 hours at contact@srubywatchco.in.
