CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy
Due to the streamlined nature of our order fulfillment process and the high value of the timepieces we handle, S RUBY WATCH CO. maintains a strict policy regarding order cancellations.
1. Eligibility for Cancellation
An order is eligible for cancellation only if the request is received and confirmed before the order has entered the official processing phase.
- Cancellation Window: We must receive your cancellation request within 4 hours of the order confirmation time. This limited window accounts for the time required for security verification, quality inspection preparation, and payment processing.
- Order Status: Once an order status changes to “Processing,” “Awaiting Shipment,” or “Shipped,” cancellation is no longer possible.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
All cancellation requests must be submitted immediately via email or phone:
- Email: Send your request with the subject line “IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION REQUEST – [Your Order Number]” to contact@srubywatchco.in.
- Phone: Call us immediately at +91 89993 00328 during business hours.
Note: A cancellation is only finalized upon receiving written confirmation from S RUBY WATCH CO. via email. Simply submitting a request does not guarantee cancellation.
3. Refunds for Accepted Cancellations
If your order cancellation request is successfully confirmed within the 4-hour window, the full amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
4. Non-Cancellable Orders
- Orders that have exceeded the 4-hour cancellation window.
- Orders for customized, personalized, or special-order timepieces.
- Orders that have already been handed over to the shipping carrier.
For non-cancellable orders, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy (which only permits claims for transit damage or manufacturing defects).
