Returns and Exchanges Policy
Strictly Final Sale Policy
Due to the exclusive nature and high value of the timepieces offered by S RUBY WATCH CO., all sales are considered FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations based on change of mind, size, or fit.
We strongly encourage customers to carefully review the product specifications, measurements, and images prior to placing an order.
Exception: Damaged or Defective Timepieces
The only exception to our Final Sale policy is if the watch arrives damaged due to transit or if it has a proven manufacturing defect (Defective on Arrival – DOA).
Reporting Damages or Defects (DOA):
- Immediate Contact Required: You must inspect your timepiece immediately upon delivery. If the watch is damaged or defective, you must contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
- Evidence Submission: You must provide clear photographic and video evidence showing the damage to the item and, if applicable, the shipping box.
- No Wear Allowed: The watch must be in the exact condition as received, unworn, unused, with all protective films, tags, and documentation completely intact. Any damage reported on a watch that shows signs of wear will be rejected.
Resolution for Accepted Damage/Defect Claims:
If your damage/defect claim is accepted, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
- Repair: We will arrange for the manufacturer or an authorized service center to repair the defect at no cost to you.
- Replacement: If repair is not feasible, we will offer a replacement of the identical model, provided stock is available.
- Refund: If neither repair nor replacement is possible, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
